What are your Delivery Hours?
We predominately serve the Business Community and our normal hours are: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis depending on Group Size. You can always contact us at info@freshtablecafe.com
How soon in advance must an order be submitted?
For proper shopping and production a full 24 hours is requested. In the ordering process the will not allow a shorter lead time. Exceptions are always considered. Please email us at info@freshtablecafe.com
Can I change / cancel my order?
A full 24 hours is required for order cancellations. Changes to an order are handled on a case by case basis and can usually be accommodated.
What is your Delivery Area?
We deliver to the Greater Seattle Metropolitan Area as well as the Greater Bellevue / Redmond Area. Requests for outside of those areas are accommodated on a case by case basis.
Is there a minimum order size?
Our minimum delivery is $75. There is no minimum for pick-up orders from our Sodo Kitchens.
Is there a Delivery Fee?
We provide Free Delivery on Orders over $150. A $10 delivery fee is charge for orders below that. Delivery Fees may vary on orders outside of the Greater Seattle and Bellevue Areas.
Are Gratuities included on my bill when I order?
Gratuities are not included in any orders unless previously agreed upon.
100% of gratuities are distributed to our Delivery and Production Team.
Any Delivery Fees are retained by the company to cover the cost providing the delivery.
Do you offer Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free Options?
Our Menu was specifically design to accommodate all eating styles. In the menu descriptions you will see which items accommodate your specific requests. You can also email us with specific questions. info@freshtablecafe.com
What are the payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. You will be asked for payment information when we call to confirm your order. We do not offer “Company Accounts” or Billing for Events. Exceptions are granted on a case by case basis.
Do you do Special Events?
Yes, We do Holiday Parties, Casual Weddings, Company Celebrations, Picnics and any other special event you might have.
Do you do Custom Menus?
We will certainly work with you to design a menu that fits your exact needs.
